Construction
White GRP moulded hull and topsides, light coloured painted non-slip decks (Painted in 2024), aluminium framed cabin windows and screen, stainless steel pulpit rail and handrails, varnished timber and stainless-steel cockpit rail, Maintenance free Flexi-teak rubbing strake and toe rails (new in 2020), alloy canopy frame and blue fabric canopy. Hull last antifouled July 2024.

Accommodation
Aft cockpit with bench seating, and fabric canopy with removable side panels, port side helm position, LPG locker, bilge area with fuel and water tanks. Plenty of general stowage lockers. Steps on both sides for access on and off the boat.
Central doors and hatch lead to the cabin with a full height locker and fitted galley to starboard, ample storage, sink with hot and cold taps (currently no water heater fitted), cooker and fridge.
WC compartment to port with cold water tap, wash basin and cassette toilet.
Seating/dinette/double berth with storage beneath to port, seating/twin or double vee berths forward with storage beneath. Large windows all round contribute to the spacious and light feeling of the cabin. The interior has been well maintained, with the woodwork being recently re-varnished. Timber and ivory vinyl head lining with beige carpet side linings, blue cushions, blue carpet and complimentary patterned curtains.

Engine
Honda BR40LRT 40HP EFI outboard engine, which was professionally installed in 2022, with a transferable guarantee until February 2028. Single lever control with power tilt, fuel, rpm gauges at the helm.

Equipment
Cassette toilet, Plastimo LPG oven, grill and 2 burner hob, 2 x 4.5kg LPG bottles, brass barometer, waeco coolmatic 12v fridge, radio/cd player, fire blanket and extinguishers, emergency hammer, CO alarm, mooring ropes, life ring, fenders, large anchor with rope, small anchor with chain, 3 spare mooring ropes, 2 adult life-jackets (1Large and 1Med), kettle & expresso coffee maker, river magnet, collapsible trolley & wheels, jerry can, 2 x electric extension leads, 2 x windlass, 2 x abloy keys, 3 x mooring stakes, greenhouse heater (for winter).

Electrics
12v – 1x 115Ah battery, 1x 120Ah battery, Waeco fridge, cabin and cockpit lighting, navigation lights, spotlight, horn, bilge pump, domestic water pump.
240v - shore power lead and connection, consumer unit, plug socket.
