Construction
White painted GRP moulded hull, grey non-slip decks, blue painted toerail and superstructure, white cabin roof, black PVC gunwale fender,  large aluminium framed windows allowing plenty of natural light, stainless steel grab rails and wide decks for easy movement around the vessel. Blue fabric pram hood, forward well deck. The forward cabin area has a large sliding sunroof for those warm, sunny days!
There is a large aft deck where the engine, batteries and LPG locker are located with easy access into the rear cabin via steps down and a secure sliding door. There is a also a convenient companion way from the forward cabin to the well deck via steps and a hinged glass panelled door.

Accommodation
The accommodation can be accessed from either aft or forward decks.
The forward cabin area comprises a raised port side helm position, a re-fitted galley to port with fitted cupboards, stainless steel sink and drainer with a mixer tap, laminate work surface, LPG cooker, under-counter 3-way fridge. A locker and a raised dinette are located to starboard with storage beneath the seating and the dinette can be converted to a small double berth.
The WC and shower compartment is on the starboard side midships and contains a shower tray with waterproof board panels, mixer tap and shower curtain, pump-out toilet, vanity unit with a new ceramic wash basin and mixer tap mounted on a laminate work top, tiled splash backs and a wall-mounted cabinet.
The aft cabin area has a free-standing sofa bed, fitted storage cupboards and small hanging locker to port, access panels for the cabin heater and engine bay, and removable steps to the aft deck.
The light and airy feel of the interior has been well kept with a light grey painted side linings, grey carpeted bulkheads and panels, white paintwork, patterned vinyl floor tiling and grey venetian blinds.
Cabin headroom 6' (1.83m).

Engine
Single Perkins 4-108 43hp engine with hydraulic drive controlled with single lever engine control. Temperature, voltage and RPM gauges. Engine serviced 2024.

Equipment
2 x 13kg LPG propane bottles, fire extinguishers and blanket, CO alarm, new Plastimo LPG cooker and hob, 3 way Electrolux fridge (LPG not connected), Eberspacher diesel warm air heater (recently serviced), pump-out toilet, free-standing furniture, hot water calorifier tank, fenders, ropes, mooring pins, anchor and chain, mud weight.

Electrics
12v - 3 x 110Ah SFL batteries, automatic bilge pump x 2, Jabsco domestic water pump, shower waste pump, electric flush toilet, fridge, plug sockets, LED cabin lighting, navigation lights.
240v - shore power connection, hot water immersion heater, plug sockets, TV, fridge.
