Construction
Welded steel plate hull and superstructure (12mm/6mm/6mm), aluminium framed double glazed windows, triple glazed plastic domed skylight. Inside hull sides have been painted with oxide before being fully insulated with spray foam. The hull has been etch primed and will be painted with 2 pack epoxy, along with the exterior paintwork which is to be renewed in dark blue (Due to be completed in April 2025, weather permitting). Floored throughout with treated planking, grey laminate flooring in the saloon, galley and main bedroom. Stud walls with 9mm ply and ceiling with 8mm hollow plastic planking. A recent hull survey found the vessel to be in "Above Average Condition" for it's type and age.
Accommodation
The Roof not only provides access, but has plenty of room for extra storage or an outdoor seating area. LPG locker and storage locker located towards the bow.
Access is via the roof of the vessel with cabin doors and hatch. Non-slip, hardwood paddle steps lead down into -:
Hallway/ cloakroom (10'2" x 5'6") with coat hooks and storage lockers. To your right as you leave the stairs you will find a doorway to-:
Bedroom 2 (7'5" x 9'2") - a good sized second bedroom with room for a double bed or 2 singles. Double glazed windows, electric radiator and wooden flooring. Open Plan Saloon + Galley (12'11" x 27'6") - attractive living area with plenty of space for storage and furniture. Galley contains a range of fitted base and wall units with white cabinetry, handcrafted worktops with dark blue epoxy resin inlay running down the centre. 5 - ring LPG hob, toaster, sink and drainer with electric hot and cold water tap. Master Cabin - Entering the space you will find the LPG boiler, which serves the bath and LPG Hob, mounted on your right as you enter the room (pipework installed), a double berth at the bow of the vessel and storage box which conceals the macerator and electrics for the toilet systems.
The bathroom/ ensuite is contained within the bedroom with wooden flooring, full sized roll top bath with chrome fixtures, a white vanity unit, sink with electric hot and cold water tap, toilet and ample storage.
The interior has been completely renovated to give a light and airy, modern feel. The space has been left neutral to allow the new owners to put their own stamp on it. Pictures are available which documents the renovation process. Double glazed windows and electric floor-to-ceiling radiators, which can be operated remotely, and 24v lighting throughout the vessel.
