50′ Trad Narrow Boat ‘Jolie’

Construction
Welded steel plate, base, hull sides, decks, cabin sides, and roof. single-glazed windows and port holes, steel aft door and sliding hatch, steel and glazed forward doors. LPG locker and water tank at the bow. Last blacked and anodes replaced in January 2021 - a blacking slot has been booked for 2025 which can be transferred to a new owner.

Accommodation
Access to the accommodation is via aft cabin doors, steps, and sliding hatch or forward cabin doors from the well deck.
The aft cabin has a fitted double bed with storage drawers beneath, port hole windows, a small electrics cupboard, lights, a starboard side corridor leads to:
A bathroom with a beaded curtain doorway, contains a shower cubicle with shower curtain, shower head, shower tray, wooden shelf and tiled surround. A vintage style wash basin with hot and cold taps and storage shelves, cassette toilet, mirror and general storage.
A galley fitted on the port side comprises fitted storage units, drawers, and a wooden work surface, ceramic sink with a swan neck mixer tap, an under-counter fridge/freezer, 2 burner LPG hob. Wall mounted LPG water heater and storage unit on the bulkhead.
A saloon with free standing chairs, a free-standing cabinet, storage lockers, shelving, windows on both sides, ceiling lights, a multifuel fuel stove and steps leading to the well deck.

Engine
BMC 1.8 4-cylinder diesel engine with a Newage PRM Delta 20 gearbox coupled to a shaft drive. Oil Pressure, temperature and voltage gauges. Engine last serviced in February 2025 along with a fuel clean. Engine hours read 2383 at time of listing.

2 x LPG bottles, Morco LPG water heater, Multi Fuel Stove, Shoreline fridge (12/24v), LPG 2 burner hob, Thetford Porta Potti cassette toilet, CO alarm, Fire blanket.
