47′ Narrow Boat ‘Peewit’

Construction
Original steel plate - 10mm base / 6mm hull sides / 4mm cabin sides and roof. Head and side linings believed to be light oak veneered ply, hardwood laminate flooring, steel bow door, steel aft doors and sliding hatch, black vinyl forward cratch cover, hopper style windows. The exterior superstructure is in green with cream coachlines and non-slip roof. Last hull blacked  and anodes renewed October 2023.

Accommodation
Steps lead down from the aft deck to-:
Galley – Storage and electrical lockers in the entryway, base units with cupboard and drawer storage on both sides, work top, hardwood upstand, stainless steel sink and drainer with swan neck mixer tap, LPG hob, under-counter fridge, microwave.
Saloon - L shaped seating to starboard that converts to a double berth, storage beneath, shelf unit and diesel stove on a plinth to port, floor sockets for pedestal table, hopper style windows on both sides.
Corridor to port-:
Bathroom - shower cubicle, corner vanity unit with wash basin, hot and cold taps, mirror above, Thetford cassette toilet, radiator, storage shelves and drawers, window with frosted glass.
Corridor with storage cupboard leads to:-
Cabin - built-in double bed with storage, storage cupboard above with reading lights, access to water pump behind the steps to the fore deck, steps to the forepeak via forward double doors.
The interior is professionally fitted in what appears to be oak veneered ply linings and oak joinery with hardwood laminate flooring, red upholstery and patterned curtains. Cabin headroom is a very generous 6'10".

Engine
Barrus Shanks 05-35H (35hp) four cylinder diesel engine coupled to a PRM 120 2:1 reduction gearbox. Single lever engine control, temperature, oil pressure, charging and ignition lights.

Equipment
Diesel Stove with separate fuel tank at the bow, Thetford cassette toilet, 4 ring LPG hob, oven and grill, CO alarm, fire extinguishers and blanket, 2 x 13kg Calor LPG propane bottles, mooring ropes, anchor and chain, bilge pump, Mikuni Diesel heater + Radiators (Currently not in use), silver crest microwave, TV, calorifier + immersion heater.

Electrics
12v - 4 x batteries, fused switch panel, cabin lighting, domestic water pump, electric bilge pump, horn, navigation lights, Sterling inverter, solar panel, solar charge controller, inverter monitor,.
230v - shore power connection, consumer unit, Sterling battery charger, plug sockets, immersion heater.
