43′ Narrow Boat ‘Impulse’ SALE AGREED

Construction
Welded steel plate 10mm base, 6mm hull sides, 4mm decks, 4mm cabin sides, and roof. Toughened single-glazed rectangular windows and port holes, steel aft door and sliding hatch, steel and glazed forward doors. LPG locker on the aft deck. Integral water tank at the bow, as well as lockers for general stowage. Dark blue decks and cabin sides with cream coach lines, cream roof, and blacked hull (last blacked and anodes replaced in September 2023).

Accommodation
Access to the accommodation is via aft cabin doors, steps, and sliding hatch or forward cabin doors from the well deck.
The aft cabin has a fitted double bed with storage drawers beneath, a wall-mounted storage cabinet above the bed, port hole windows, a wardrobe with access to electrics, lights, a starboard side corridor with an Alde Boiler, and a door that leads to:
A bathroom which contains a corner shower with a curved glass enclosure, a wall-mounted wash basin with hot and cold taps, a privacy glass window, a pump-out toilet, and a storage cupboard built into the bulkhead.
A compact galley fitted on the port side comprises fitted storage cupboards, drawers, and a work surface, a black composite sink and drainer with a mixer tap, a separate Whale manual hand pump (not currently connected), a wipe-clean marble effect splash back and surround, an under-counter fridge, 4 burner hob and oven. A hinged work surface attached to the end panel which lifts to create extra work space or a dining area.
A saloon with a futon sofa-bed, a free-standing cabinet, storage lockers, shelving, windows on both sides, a ceiling light, and a wood fuel stove.
The interior side and head linings are white-painted ply. The flooring is grey laminate throughout.

Engine
Beta Marine B-38 (37.5bhp) 4-cylinder diesel engine with a PRM 120D2 gearbox coupled to a shaft drive. Engine last serviced August 2024.

Equipment
1 x 13kg propane LPG bottle, 1 x 7kg Propane LPG bottle, Alde LPG Boiler (For central heating), calorifier (hot water),  shoreline fridge, Thetford LPG hob and cooker, Willow wood stove, Thetford Pump Out toilet, CO alarm, life ring.

Electrics
12v - 1 x engine battery, 3 x leisure batteries, domestic water pump, cabin lighting, 12v sockets, Pure sine-wave inverter/charger, mp3 player, 2 x solar panels, Epever solar panel controller unit,
230v - shore power lead and hook-up, consumer unit, plug sockets.
